FACTS about First Vita Plus

Q: Is FVP a pyramiding scam?
A: No, definitely it is not.

Technically, since FVP is using a system called binary, surely its illustration would look like that of a Pyramid but it is not a scam. This follows with any traditional organizations and companies.

FACTUAL EXPLANATION ABOUT PYRAMIDING SCAMS versus FVP:

1.  Refer to schemes used usually by people whose sole intent is just to lure people to invest into a program with high yields in terms of monetary returns/income far higher than the usual or traditional returns/incomes than the banks and other business institutions offer but with no clear program of where the “invested amount” be invested or the company income comes from or where the pay out of returns/incomes of the investors will come from.
  • FVP doesn’t have any promises such as investing and returns. One simply buys the product offered together with the marketing plan with an option of doing the business should the buyer intends to earn other than just being a consumer.
2.  No product involved except the one mentioned in (1).
  • FVP returns 120% of the amount paid for the product. To become a dealer, one has to purchase an FVP power pack containing the company’s main product worth nine thousand two hundred forty pesos (P9,240) yet the actual payment paid for by the dealer is only seven thousand six hundred ninety-nine pesos (P7,699) only.
3.  Pure investing scheme, just plain recruitment of people wanting to earn in a manner mentioned in (1) and with a structure demonstration similar to that of FVP.
  • FVP offers a marketing plan that has to be worked out by the dealer if he/she wants to earn an income other than direct selling of the company’s product lines. Big income will be based on the dealer’s network performance.
  • FVP provides the big income opportunity based on sales performance since the system used is based on building the dealer’s network. A dealer’s network will be built by making out two sales groups designated as Sales Group A (SGA/LEFT Group) and Sales Group B (SGB/Right Group) work.
4.  Mostly interest based than commission based scheme. Meaning, the higher the amount invested the higher and the bigger the returns/interests accrued.
  • FVP dealer’s income is commission based by helping out the company in selling its product by means of direct FVP product endorsements to consumers and providing the same big income opportunities to those consumers convinced into becoming a dealer by presenting the marketing plan formulated by FVPMC.
5.  No product movement since there is no product involved just earning schemes.
  • FVP has products lines, giving options to both dealers and consumers, therefore there’s an unending product movement.
  • FVP’s main products have secured legal proofs of authentic seals and permits required and approved by both local and international market agencies and authorities.
6.  Bogus companies, fly by night, unregistered neither if not still on the process of registering for permits, with no proofs of legalities or patents on the schemes introduced.
  • FVP is ten (10) years in operation.
  • FVP is duly acknowledged by various award giving bodies and institutions both in the local and international scene for its remarkable contributions to the consuming public.
  • FVP is duly registered and with authentic legal proofs of its legalities and certifications in as much as business operation are concerned, SEC, DTI, BFAD, US-FDA, HALAL.
  • FVP has an archive of undeniable, unscripted testimonies with medical proofs.
7.  Non-transparency of return/income derivation.
  • FVP is simply doing the “you sell and I pay you” scheme in order to derive the income pay-outs for the sellers and its own income with certain parameters so both can benefit from each other keeping the company standing and far from collapse.
